Refund policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  • Final Sale items and underwear are not eligible for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued in USD.

How to Return

  1. Initiate your return through our Return Center on the website.
  2. Follow the instructions provided in the return approval confirmation email.

Damaged / Defective Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the defect.
  • Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will replace defective items within 6 months of the purchase date.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. To get a new product, please place a new order.
  • Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method in 7 business days.
  • If refunded to a credit card, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to post.

Missing Items

  • If an item is missing from your order, submit a claim within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Sometimes bulk orders are shipped in multiple packages. Check tracking for separate shipments.

Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please send a photo of the incorrect item and your order number to expedite the process.
