Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Final Sale items and underwear are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued in USD.
How to Return
- Initiate your return through our Return Center on the website.
- Follow the instructions provided in the return approval confirmation email.

Damaged / Defective Items
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the defect.
- Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- We will replace defective items within 6 months of the purchase date.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges. To get a new product, please place a new order.
- Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method in 7 business days.
- If refunded to a credit card, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to post.
Missing Items
- If an item is missing from your order, submit a claim within 7 business days of delivery.
- Sometimes bulk orders are shipped in multiple packages. Check tracking for separate shipments.
Wrong Item Received
- If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Please send a photo of the incorrect item and your order number to expedite the process.
