Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via EMS or SF EXPRESS.

International orders are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or service fees.

Nest Designs cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on order processing and the shipping address distance.

We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

We cannot instruct couriers to leave parcels in specified locations. Please track your shipment and ensure it is received.

Estimated Fulfillment Times for APAC Orders

Collection Launches: 1–2 business days for processing.

Once packed, shipping will take approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that customs clearance may cause delays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, and changes (including delivery address) may not be possible once confirmed.

If an item is sold out, we may refund the item and ship the rest, or cancel and refund the full order.
